LinkNest is a service of Hasher Technologies LLC ("Hasher"). All references to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Hasher Technologies LLC operating the LinkNest service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for the links and content you publish.

Acceptable Use

• No illegal or harmful activity; no spam, malware, or impersonation.
• Respect intellectual property and privacy rights.

Subscriptions

• Pro subscriptions are billed via Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds are not guaranteed - charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Beta

• Features may change, break, or be unavailable at times.
• Beta users may receive lifetime Pro access - non-transferable and subject to account compliance.
• We may modify or end the beta program at any time.

Referral Program

• Eligible users may earn 20 percent recurring commission on Pro upgrades they refer.
• Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect, subject to identity verification and tax reporting.
• Minimum payout threshold is 10 USD. Payouts may be delayed or reversed for refunds, chargebacks, or fraud.
• We may change or terminate the referral program at any time.

Content

You own your content. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it to operate the service.

DMCA Policy

If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us with a detailed notice at contact@linknest.sh. We will respond and, where appropriate, remove the content. You may submit a counter-notice where applicable.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or to protect users and the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is," without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or your content.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting changes here. Continued use means you accept the updates.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
