Submitting a Takedown Notice
If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to contact@mcpwarehouse.com with subject line "DMCA Notice" (Attention: DMCA Agent, Hasher Technologies LLC) and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you want removed, including a URL or other location details sufficient for us to find it.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to contact@mcpwarehouse.com with subject line "DMCA Counter Notice" including legally required information under 17 U.S.C. 512(g). We may be unable to process incomplete notices.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We may remove content and terminate accounts of repeat infringers when appropriate.
Good-Faith Use
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may subject you to liability. Please submit notices and counter-notices only when you have a good-faith basis.
