These Terms govern your use of MCP Warehouse (the "Service") at mcpwarehouse.com. MCP Warehouse is a product and service of Hasher Technologies LLC. MCP Warehouse is a product name and not a separate legal entity, and Hasher Technologies LLC does not operate this Service under any doing-business-as (DBA) name. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
What MCP Warehouse Provides
MCP Warehouse is a directory for discovering and sharing Model Context Protocol servers. The Service may include community submissions, ratings, and administrative moderation.
MCP Warehouse does not host, operate, or run third-party MCP servers on behalf of users. We provide discovery, trust signals, and listing visibility.
Acceptable Use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass authentication or security controls.
- Do not submit malicious, deceptive, or infringing content.
- Do not use automated systems to scrape or spam the Service.
User Submissions
If you submit content (such as server listings), you represent that you have the rights to do so and that your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant the Service a non-exclusive right to store, display, and distribute your submission as part of operating the Service.
Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds
- Paid plans are processed by Stripe and renew automatically on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.
- You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellations usually take effect at the end of your current billing period, unless an immediate cancellation option is selected in Stripe or otherwise required by law.
- Fees are generally non-refundable, including partial billing periods, except where refunds are required by applicable law.
- We may update plan pricing or features prospectively by posting updated pricing in the product.
Intellectual Property and Takedowns
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, submit a takedown notice using our DMCA Policy. We may remove or disable access to content in response to valid notices and may terminate repeat infringers.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, security risk, or legal compliance reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Third-Party Links and Software
The Service may link to third-party websites, repositories, or software. We are not responsible for third-party content, performance, availability, or security. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, except where expressly provided in a separate written agreement signed by Hasher Technologies LLC.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hasher Technologies LLC from claims arising out of your submissions, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in or serving Bartow County, Georgia, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
